Operative interventions are only carried out following detailed discussion of the procedure and the risks for the specific patient concerned. Smaller out-patient operations are conducted at DERMATOLOGIKUM HAMBURG; larger operations, either as an out-patient or in-patient, are carried out at the Eppendorf Clinic (www.opze.de). The Clinic has modern operating theatres and quiet rooms with en-suite bathrooms for day-patients as well as anaesthetic care. Qualified doctors – including the surgeon – are on hand at all times of the day and night.
